Fresh BLT Pasta Salad (dairy-free!)

My mom has been making this dish every summer over the past few years. It’s absolutely delicious; creamy, crunchy, sweet and salty. It’s also relatively quick to throw together :)

One of my favorite pasta salad recipes of all time!
