homemade chive blossom vinegar

I had tons of blooming chives in my garden so decided to take the advice of making chive blossom vinegar.

I made this last week with about 10 flowers + filled the rest of the bottle with white wine vinegar. (I didn’t really use any recipe, the one linked to this post is random)

This morning, I tried it for the first time and was blown away… the tangy chive flavor is so delicious, and I added it to a pasta salad dressing that I’m making today :)
